• Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues or high order volumes.

  • Standard Shipping: 11–15 days

  • Express Shipping: 6–12 days

• TheMarkPlummer reserves the right to decline any transaction that violates these terms.

• Coaching packages: if you choose the 3-month upfront option but cancel early, your refund will be prorated at the month-to-month rate.
